Agreement

By accessing aithinkx.com and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Services

AithinkX Technologies provides IT services including web development, digital marketing, SEO, app development, AI solutions, and related services. Scope and deliverables are defined in individual project proposals.

Payment Terms

Services require 50% advance before commencement. Remaining 50% is due upon project completion/delivery. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and design assets. AithinkX retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Provide timely feedback and required content. Ensure all provided materials are owned or properly licensed. Designate a single point of contact for project communication.

Limitation of Liability

AithinkX's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in India.
